Key Training Courses

CPR and Basic First Aid: Based on American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines, learn how to respond to cardiac emergencies (over 350,000 cases annually in the US). Ideal for parents, teachers, and employees. Duration: 2-3 hours. Receive AHA certification. (Registration link + online calendar)

Stop the Bleed: Quick training to control severe bleeding before EMS arrives perfect for industrial accidents in Texas. Includes practice with real tools. Duration: 1 hour. (Safe simulator for hands on practice)

Fire Extinguisher Use: Identify fire types (electrical, chemical, oil) and safe extinguisher operation. Hands on practice in a controlled environment. Great for work groups or schools. Duration: 90 minutes.

Home Safety: Install smoke detectors on every level, check batteries monthly, and create a family escape plan.
